These terms govern your use of this store and any purchase you make. By placing an order you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be 21 years or older to browse or buy. Cannabis seeds are sold as adult novelty and collector items. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply where you live before ordering; germination may be prohibited in your jurisdiction.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and are calculated on our server at checkout. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities, or cancel and refund an order at our discretion.

Germination guarantee

If fewer than 80% of a pack germinates, we will replace the pack or refund it — your choice — when you contact us within 90 days of delivery.

Limitation of liability

The store is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
